How RankFio Works | Local SEO Process

OUR PROCESS

A clear plan from first scan to ongoing improvement.

A defined process reduces guesswork, speeds up onboarding, and shows you exactly what is being measured.

Google Maps growth for eligible local businesses. No ranking guarantees.

Start with the baseline

Review meaningful services, local competitors, and current visibility.

Improve what you control

Focus on accurate, policy-aligned business information and customer trust.

Measure with context

Track geographic coverage and available business actions over time.

Step 1: Establish your starting point

We review the services you want to sell, the areas you serve, your Google Business Profile, top competitors, reviews, and local search visibility. We select commercially meaningful search terms and save an initial geographic ranking snapshot.

Step 2: Correct and strengthen your business presence

We address eligible profile information, service/category relevance, media and activity opportunities, review requests and responses, listing consistency, and other improvements supported by the connected platform. Client-supplied information is verified before it changes a public profile.

Step 3: Track what moves

Ongoing monitoring makes it easier to see where Maps visibility is changing by location and keyword. Monthly reporting separates ranking data from business actions such as calls or website clicks when those metrics are available.

Step 4: Adjust the next 90 days

Maps growth is not a one-time task. We review changes, competitor activity, service priorities, and exceptions so the plan stays focused on work that matters for your business.

What we need from you

A valid and compliant Google Business Profile, appropriate manager access, accurate services and hours, photos from real work, and a reasonable point of contact for occasional approvals. We never require your personal Google password.

When issues need a human review

Automation is useful for repeated tasks, but some events require judgment. A suggested edit might be inaccurate. A location may receive a suspension notice. Customer feedback may raise a sensitive service issue. A rank movement may result from a competitor change or a shift in how the search was sampled. We review important exceptions rather than silently applying every suggestion.

What success looks like at month three

The first meaningful checkpoint compares the same keyword and geographic baseline with current data, reviews operational work completed, and considers the quality of available calls or customer actions. We discuss what is improving, what remains uncertain, and what should happen during the next 90 days. The checkpoint is useful even when rankings have not moved as quickly as hoped.
